Piedmont Regional Jail Authority Recognizes Outstanding Officer at the Basic Jailor’s Academy

Piedmont Regional Jail Authority recently celebrated the achievements of its latest Basic Jailor’s graduating class, highlighting the outstanding performance of one particular student, Officer John Carwile.
